Anti-spam principles

Spam has no place at Besonderes. Customers who abuse our service to send unsolicited e-mail will be excluded immediately. Please report anything suspicious to abuse@light-house-traffic.com.

Our principles

• Besonderes sends mailings exclusively to subscribers who have activated their subscription.
• Besonderes does not cooperate with businesses that it knows to be sending unsolicited e-mail.
• Besonderes does not sell, lend or exchange the details of its subscribers.

What we mean by spam

Spam is unwanted e-mail, usually commercial, sent without a request from the recipient. We treat a message as spam when

• it is distributed to many people at once without regard to the individual recipient,
• the recipient has not given express, documented and revocable permission,
• the advantage lies essentially with the sender, not with the recipient.

Existing customer relationships

A customer relationship exists if the recipient has already bought from the sender, asked them for information, taken part in one of their surveys or been in contact with them in another way.

Informed consent

Informed consent means that the recipient was told clearly what their e-mail address would be used for and agreed to that use before the address was collected.
